Description
This bundle is a collection of 5 Fertility Awareness charts that you can fill out independently to track your fertility signs. It includes the following charts:
- General FAM chart for all people with menstrual cycles
- FAM chart for those with consistently long cycles (over 40 days)
- FAM chart for those with consistently low basal body temperatures
- FAM chart for the breastfeeding period
- 6-month summary chart for identifying patterns and trends in your cycle
How it works
After payment, you will be redirected to a list of links where you can get your personal copies of the charts and save them onto your Google Drive account. After that, you can edit them using Google Sheets.
All files come with detailed instructions. Follow them to document and track your fertility signs in the spreadsheet.
- Note that a Google/Gmail account is required
- If you want to download and edit the files offline on your computer, or if you don’t own a Google account, choose the Microsoft Excel version
- For a better experience, we recommend using a computer or laptop when editing your charts
